I really liked that the room service was great. my room was on a high floor and i could see the ocean from my balcony. I loved it! breakfast was awesome and the staff always smiled.

the room i had was a bit too small. the air conditioning did not work very well. the shower room let a large pool of water onto the bathroom floor.

The staff was very friendly (I am grateful for their positive attitude). I appreciated the cleanliness throughout the hotel. The breakfast had tasty food at a reasonable price.

The room was small. The air conditioning did not work effectively. I noticed a large pool of water on the bathroom floor after using the shower (perhaps there was a leak).

the staff were very kind.

The furniture in my room was pretty old. the sofa looked really worn, and the room door was actually broken. also, the swimming pool isn't very big. It felt a bit cramped.
